An excellent publication for property sellers,  this goes into the MUST HAVE category for every property vendor and even some real estate agents.  People who own property need quick and to the point reminders with concise information and reasons why they should take action, this eBook gives just that.  Real Estate Agents who don't give this type of information are not helping their clients, that's how impressed I am with it.  To make this information available free is a fantastic service to proprty owners everywhere.  Mr GP.
